The Observatory International is a leading business consultancy that helps companies develop their brand by transforming their marketing and communications resources. After creating a new website, the Observatory International team wanted to develop optimised content based on customer needs and questions. It is essential to increase the company’s visibility in search engines on keywords related to its brand and field of activity.

A word from the SEO specialist
From an SEO perspective, a relaunch, albeit necessary, contains the risk of losing a part of the organic traffic (it is called an SEO migration). When I join a project after a migration, it’s essential to make sure that the SEO performance acquired on the older site is transferred to the new site.
The second important point is to ensure that I train the team and provide personalised, useful and usable documents to enable the company to take the next step from an SEO point of view. As an SEO consultant, my role is to act as an internal skills accelerator.
